Yesterday our gaming club "Little Wars" was running a participation game as a part of the Swedish Army Museums Wargaming exebition. Of course the game had a Swedish focus as it was the Battle of Holowczyn 4 July 1708 between the Swedish forces under command of King Karl VII and the Russians under command of Field-Marshal Anikita I. Repnin. We used the Black Powder rules to play out the battle.
